This prestigious award is presented by the Federated Women’s Institutes of Canada (FWIC) to a man who most exemplifies those qualities of Erland Lee which led to the founding of the Women’s Institute, an organization which spread across Canada and grew to include millions of women worldwide.

All nominations are to be submitted at the provincial level. In Ontario, nominations and a cheque for $15.00 (per nomination) must be received at the FWIO Provincial Office by January 31st. Cheques payable to FWIO.

February 19, 2019 marks the 122nd Anniversary of the Women's Institute, founded in Stoney Creek, Ontario by Adelaide Hunter Hoodless and Erland Lee.

WI Branches are invited to apply for a ROSE Program grant of $100 to put toward costs associated with an upcoming ROSE Session.  Two (2) grants will be available in 2019.
