Belgrave WI (Huron West District, London Area) held dual events to celebrate its 100th Anniversary.  On February 15, 2011, Members held a potluck luncheon for the community.  The 100 years of community achievements were reviewed by President Doreen Marks.  On June 7, 2011, the Branch celebrated with municipal representatives and Area and Provincial Women’s Institute dignitaries.  FWIO President, Carol Innes, presented 100 year pins to the current Members.  Debbie Bauer was guest speaker and reminded all that the Women’s Institute is as important to women today as it was in Adelaide Hoodless’ day, 100 years ago.
