The Members of Crowland WI (Hamilton Area) celebrated their Branch’s 100th Anniversary on September 29, 2010. Several women and men gathered for a luncheon, catered by the Eastdale Secondary Culinary Arts students. Congratulatory remarks were given by MPP Kim Craitor and the Mayor of Welland. A special commemorative plaque was also presented to the Branch. The Welland Historical Museum gave an interesting presentation with a look back on the history of Crowland WI.
