Reconciliation Through Education and Understanding

Join the Community-York Road WI for a ROSE Session on "Reconciliation Through Education and Understanding". 

The KAIROS Blanket Exercise program is a unique, participatory history lesson - developed in collaboration with Indigenous Elders, knowledge keepers and educators - that fosters truth, understanding, respect and reconciliation among Indigenous and non-indigenous peoples.

Antique Doll Show & Victorian Tea

Learn about dolls from the 19th and early 20th century during a tour of the Erland Lee Museum, featuring displays of historic dolls from the Museum collection and personal collections. Browse collectible, retro and vintage dolls and toys for sale.

Location: 552 Ridge Road, Stoney Creek

Time: 11:00am to 3:00pm

Cost: $20.00 per person (children 12 and under $10.00), includes a take-home teacup and saucer.

Beeswax Food Wrap Workshop

Looking for a plastic-free alternative to wrap your food? Come out to the Erland Lee Museum and make your own reusable beeswax food wrappers. Please pre-register for your preferred session as space is limited!
