Location: Chepstow Community Hall - 445 Chepstow Road, Chepstow, ON  N0G 1K0

Coffee, refreshments and registration at 9:00am. Lug a mug, please! (NO single use plastic glasses or cups provided, rent a mug for $2.00).

Registration: $22.00, including lunch.

Registration only: $10.00

(Please identify any dietary restrictions when registering by September 19).

Each Branch is to please bring one Silent Auction item worth $15.00 (make it environmentally friendly, if possible, e.g. canning).

North Central Area Convention

Guest Speaker: Josée Miljours will speak on the topic of Elder Abuse

Artist John Guenther will be painting a landscape picture during the convention.  Raffle tickets will be sold for the painting.

George Hamilton Day Weekend

Join us at the Erland Lee Museum for a weekend of entertainment in celebration of the 2019 Famous Hamiltonian of the Year, Janet Lee. Enjoy musical entertainment, free tours, educational archaeological activities for kids, and presentations on the history of the house and of the Women's Institutes. Ruth Sutherland plays harp inside the house for tours on Saturday, while Geoff Brooker and Bob Heywood perform on the grounds. Geoff Brooker also performs on Sunday.
